Home Staging Process
In a 2018 Home Staging Resource survey of 4,200 homes, 85% of the staged homes sold for 6-25% more than that un-staged homes
Staging Consultation
It all begins with a consultation. As a Certified Staging Professional (CSP), I follow the proven process that is utilized by some the nation’s top staging professionals. I will visit your property, take photos and identify any aesthetic details that may negatively impact the sale of your home. As part of this consultation process, I will provide you with a detailed listing of professional recommendations to prepare your home for staging + selling and to eliminate any opportunities for buyers to offer less than the asking price.
**The consultation is a service offered separate from the actual home staging process. This is a great stand alone option for agents + homeowners looking for certified expert advice with instructions on how to prepare a house for sale.
Home Staging
Upon completion of the consultation recommendations, I will come in and highlight the property’s best features through home staging. This may require furniture and decor rearrangement, along with the removal of furniture and decor that is deemed unfit to highlight that space’s best assets.
Accessories and art may be personally shopped or rented to meet your individual budget needs.
Showcasing
Showcasing is all about preparing the property for professional photographs and maximizing the opportunity to secure buyers.
Some realtors and homeowners prefer to have a final re-visit before professional photographs are taken or before an initial open house/showings.
